Right of Withdrawal

1. Right to Withdraw

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract with CoreHomeSupply within 30 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

2. Free Return Shipping

CoreHomeSupply covers all return shipping costs for withdrawals within the 30-day period. You will not be charged any fees for returning eligible home products.

3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

1. Notify us of your decision to withdraw by email at info@corehomesupply.shop
2. Include your order number, product details, and reason for withdrawal (optional)
3. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 24-48 business hours
4. Return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notification
5. We will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving the returned product

4. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Customized or personalized home products (unless defective)
• Products that have been used or installed (beyond inspection)
• Products with sealed packaging that has been opened (for hygiene reasons)
